30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

To start a return, please contact us at pawstreamsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Change Of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used water fountains

  • Used filters

  • Consumable replacement parts that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead need to follow our return process.

Shipping Information

Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.

While we work hard to meet these timeframes, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside our control.

Lost Parcels

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
