We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Multiple Items

In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, don't worry—the remaining items are still on their way.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Carrier network disruptions

  • Factors outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

PawStream™ cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before the order is processed.

Lost Or Stolen Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property and safe-drop locations.
  2. Checking with household members or neighbours.
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you're still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We'll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
